At WeLearn India, we strive to deliver impactful learning experiences and career guidance. Our policies are designed to ensure fairness, transparency, and respect for both our learners and our team’s time and effort.
Cancellation Policy
1. Course Enrollments
- Cancellation Window: Learners may cancel their enrollment within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
- Reason: This allows users to reconsider their decision while ensuring our team doesn’t lose valuable time preparing personalized learning paths.
2. Live Counselling Sessions
- Cancellation Notice: Must be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
- Rescheduling: Permitted once, subject to availability.
- Reason: Our counsellors allocate dedicated time slots and prepare in advance. Late cancellations disrupt scheduling and resource planning.
Refund Policy
1. Eligibility Criteria
- The cancellation request is made within the eligible time frame.
- No course content has been accessed or downloaded.
- No counselling session has been attended.
2. Non-Refundable Components
- Registration Fees: Covers administrative setup and onboarding.
- Assessment Charges: Reflect costs incurred for evaluation tools and expert review.
- Third-Party Platform Fees: If applicable, these are governed by external providers and cannot be refunded.
3. Partial Refunds
- If a learner accesses only a portion of the course or faces technical issues, partial refunds may be granted after review.
- Reason: We recognize unforeseen circumstances but must account for consumed resources.
4. Processing Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days via the original payment method.
- Reason: This duration allows for internal verification and secure transaction handling.
Exceptions & Special Cases
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Refunds or cancellations due to:
- Medical emergencies
- Duplicate payments
- Platform errors or service disruptions
will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Supporting documentation may be required.
