All WeLearn counselors hold at least a master's degree in psychology, education, or related fields, along with specialized training in career counseling. Many have additional certifications in psychometric assessment, educational psychology, or specific counseling methodologies. Each counselor undergoes our proprietary 200-hour training program before working with clients.
